- Users under 18 are prohibited from creating accounts or submitting data. By using the Website, you confirm you are at least 18 years old.
4. User Responsibilities
A. Employers
- Ensure job postings are lawful, non-discriminatory, and accurate.
- Use candidate data only for employment purposes.
- Comply with DPDP Act when processing Job Seeker data.
B. Job Seekers
- Post accurate resumes and consent to public visibility.
- Do not share sensitive personal data (e.g., Aadhaar, passwords) on public profiles.
C. All Users
- Do not impersonate others or submit false information, such users will be terminated immediately without any refund of the subscription charges paid.
- Report suspicious activity to the Grievance Officer immediately.
5. Data Collection & Processing
A. Types of Data Collected
- Employers: Company name, address, company gst number, contact details, job descriptions.
- Job Seekers: Name, contact details, resume data (education, work history), and publicly visible information.
B. Lawful Basis
- DPDP Act Compliance:
- Data is processed for employment purposes (legitimate use under Section 4 of DPDP Act).
- Explicit consent obtained for non-essential processing (e.g., marketing).
C. Publicly Visible Resumes
- By posting a resume, Job Seekers consent to public access.
6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
- We use cookies to enhance user experience, analyze traffic, and comply with legal obligations.
- By using the Website, you consent to cookies as described in our Privacy policy.
- Disable cookies via browser settings, but this may limit Website functionality.
7. Data Security
- Technical Safeguards: Encryption, firewalls, access controls, and regular audits.

10. Subscription Plans & Fees
A. Company Registration
- One-Time Registration Fee: ₹2,500 (non-refundable)
- Monthly Subscription (Billed Annually) Fee: [Rs200 × 12] +18% GST.
- Billing Cycle: Charged upfront for 12 months. Auto-renews annually unless canceled.
B. Employee/Job Seeker Registration
- One-Time Registration Fee: ₹999+ 18% GST (non-refundable).
- Subscription: Free access to apply for jobs after one time registration fee paid.
C. Payment Terms
- Methods: Credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI,(razorpay payment gateway) provided in the website only.
- Currency: All fees in INR (Indian Rupees).
- Taxes: GST and other applicable taxes added to fees.
- Refunds: Fees are non-refundable except as required by law (see Section 12).
11. Subscription Management
A. Cancellation
- Cancel auto-renewal anytime via your account dashboard.
- No prorated refunds for unused subscription periods.
B. Suspension/Termination
- We may suspend/terminate accounts for:
- Non-payment of fees
- Violations of these Terms (e.g., fake job postings, abusive or explicit content.).
- Legal/regulatory requirements
- In an event of account termination done by us due to any of the above reasons or so, subscription fee paid will not be refunded.
12. Refund Policy
- Registration Fees (₹2,500/₹999): Non-refundable.
- Subscription Fees: Non-refundable unless:
- The Website is permanently discontinued
- Required by law or court order.
- Chargebacks: Disputing valid payments may result in account suspension.
13. Prohibited Activities
- Posting fake jobs, discriminatory content, or malware.
- Scraping data, reverse-engineering, or disrupting the Website.
- Sharing accounts or circumventing payment systems.
- Misusing Personal Data in violation of DPDP Act or IT Act.
14. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for:
- Losses due to unauthorized account access.
- Accuracy of job postings or hiring outcomes
- Indirect damages (e.g., lost profits, data loss).
- data loss or interruption in service due to any unforseeble events (eg.cyberattacks,etc)
- Outcomes of Job Seeker applications.
- Unauthorized access due to User negligence (e.g., sharing passwords)
- Accuracy of job postings or Employer conduct.
15. Intellectual Property
- The Website’s content (logos, text, software) is owned by the Company sathyagirilokessh pvt. ltd.
- Users retain ownership of resumes/job postings but grant us a license to display them.
16. Grievance Redressal
- complaints can be forwarded to the helpline given in the contact us section.
- Complaints will be resolved per DPDP Act and IT Act timelines.
17. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms to reflect legal changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
18. Governing Law
Governed by Indian law. Disputes subject to jurisdiction of courts in chennai.
